However, users may choose to include health-related information in free-form text entries. This may include information about wellness, symptoms, activities, routines, mood, sleep, nutrition, medications, or other health-related topics, depending entirely on what the user chooses to enter.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our software, including IP address, device type, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and browsing or usage behavior.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyze usage patterns, where applicable.
2. How We Use Your Information

Users may delete their entire account. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the associated personal information and user-entered content, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being deleted through our normal backup lifecycle.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time.
You may delete your account, including user-entered free-form text entries and any health-related information you chose to include in those entries, through the app or by contacting us.
